Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC seeks a Life Skills Coach for Independent Living Services in North Orange County. This full-time role is 30 hours weekly with a morning shift, focusing on in-field client coaching and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include teaching daily living skills, documenting progress, and coordinating with managers and regional centers. Requires valid driver’s license, driving record, and ability to work independently with clients.

Qualifications

• Must require minimum supervision and be self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in North Orange County area and pass background check.
• Proficient with MS Word, email and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients on independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene).
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities.
• Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules.
• Document progress through case notes and quarterly reports.
• Spend 90% of time in the field with clients and 10% on admin.
• Collaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff.

Bilingual-Spanish-English preferred (We have other positions for females)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Able to work in the North Orange County area
• Able to pass a background check

What You'll Do:
