Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework or Associate's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a certified teacher and assist them in successfully conducting lessons, setting up equipment and activities.
• Independently monitor and supervise special needs students in the classroom, between classes and during lunch in small groups or one-on-one.
• Assist with meal times and feeding when required, including potential tube feeding.
• Provide medical support or intervention as needed.
• Assist with toileting routines and needs.
