Grants Pass School District No. 7 is seeking a Special Education Educational Assistant for Highland Elementary School in Grants Pass, Oregon. The position is part-time (6 hours per day) for the 2026-2027 school year, with 182 days of service August through June.

Starting date is immediate. Compensation ranges from $17.57 to $25.38 per hour, with benefits included and annual COLA and step increases as negotiated. Applicants should be prepared for fingerprinting and background checks.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade; options include two years of college, an associate’s or higher degree, or a passing score on the District assessments.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of computers, business English, spelling, mathematics; office practices and procedures.
