As a Host Family, you will provide a stable home, assist with daily routines, and collaborate with Abound Health to follow person-centered plans.
Qualifications
- Be Pennsylvania residents and at least 21 years old.
- Pass background checks (FBI, child abuse, criminal).
- Provide personal and professional references and participate in interviews.
- Commitment to family life and daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, welcoming home and daily living support.
- Promote independence, community involvement, and growth.
- Collaborate with Abound Health on person-centered plans.
- Attend training and maintain safety standards.
