Coventry is seeking a Case Manager to actively manage life settlement cases, coordinating with internal departments, medical facilities and carriers to drive progression and efficient processing. The role emphasizes project management, communication, and adherence to HIPAA and carrier workflows.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and a bachelor’s degree, along with an opportunity to earn bonuses in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the case processing workflow, including reviewing documentation for accuracy, compiling medical records for underwriting and gathering life insurance policy information for analysis.
• Stay current on medical facility and life insurance carrier policies, operational process flows and compliance criteria.
• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding personal health information.
• Achieve required phone and transaction performance as defined by VP, Case Management.
