Knowledge of Life Sciences workforce dynamics and structures.
Strong client-facing communication at VP/leadership level.

Responsibilities

Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement—defining how roles must evolve as AI takes over tasks in the functional area.
Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope and ensure change lands with the technology.
Coordinate with the Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications of design decisions.
Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for the pod's functional leadership audience.
Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to prevent delivery risks.
Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
