Chubb is seeking a strategic Life Sciences Team Leader to drive growth and talent development across the Life Sciences Southeast Region. You will guide underwriting strategies, manage the portfolio, and strengthen marketing and agency relationships while developing the skills of the team in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience, with leadership exposure.
Experience in life sciences middle market exposures and P&C products.

Responsibilities

Lead an underwriting team of four professionals.
Oversee P&L for Life Sciences business in the region.
Execute underwriting strategies for middle market and renewals.
Provide technical underwriting guidance with specialists.
Monitor underwriting quality via audits and referrals.
Cultivate relationships within the life sciences sector and engage in client visits.
