Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements.
• Manage cross-border life sciences commercial agreements, including supply and manufacturing agreements.
• Provide IP transaction support for mergers and acquisitions, royalty monetization, and capital markets.
