Responsibilities

• Support corporate transactions (e.g., venture financings, M&A, joint ventures) through IP and commercial contract due diligence.
• Prepare and review key transaction documents.
• Collaborate across practice areas such as corporate, IP, regulatory, and litigation on multidisciplinary and cross-border matters.

Education

Undergraduate or advanced degree in biological sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, business, or similar areas
