Qualifications

• 4–6 years of transactional and licensing experience focused on life sciences.
• Background in biology, chemistry, engineering, pharmacy, or related in-house experience preferred.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on day-to-day matters and lead the structure and negotiation of complex transactions.
• Handle licensing, partnering, and collaboration agreements for life science clients.
• Represent client interests in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures when applicable.
