The six-month paid training pathway starts with a $50,000 base, with eligibility for performance bonuses and full benefits; after training, base pay can increase with uncapped commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in sales or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, English or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and prospect candidates for life sciences and technology roles.
• Outbound outreach to screen qualifications and pitch contract opportunities.
• Guide candidates through client interviews, rate negotiations, and onboarding.
