Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consultancy seeking a Life Sciences consultant with 3+ years of experience to tackle complex challenges across clinical development, market access, HEOR, and commercialization. You will analyze pipelines, craft data-driven insights, and support strategic initiatives for pharma, biotech, medtech, and diagnostics clients.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive transformational outcomes, including growth strategies, pricing and reimbursement

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of life sciences consulting experience.
• Experience in clinical development, market access, HEOR, or related areas is beneficial but not required.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmaceutical pipelines and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Create data-driven insights and compelling presentations.
• Support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Lead turnarounds for pharma, biotech, medtech, and life sciences service companies.
