Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) Life Sciences practice seeks a consultant with hands-on problem-solving skills and at least three years of experience in the life sciences sector. You will analyze pipelines, conduct interviews, and craft data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions for clients.

Our team delivers growth, market access, HEOR, pricing and reimbursement strategies, and due diligence support across pharma, biotech, medtech, and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience tackling complex challenges within the life sciences sector.
• Exposure to clinical development, market access, HEOR, commercial strategy, pricing and reimbursement, medical affairs, patient services, or specific therapeutic areas is beneficial but not required.
• Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Data-driven thinker who utilizes analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmaceutical pipelines, conduct interviews with key players, and craft data-driven insights for client presentations.
• Develop growth strategies, identify adjacent markets, and assess profitability across product lines.
• Craft pricing and reimbursement strategies considering customer value and market dynamics.
• Support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration efforts.
• Lead engagements for pharma, biotech, medtech, and life sciences service companies.
