Alvarez & Marsal Life Sciences is seeking a strategic consultant with 3+ years of life sciences experience to tackle complex challenges in clinical development, market access, HEOR, and related areas. You will partner with clients to develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate across teams to drive transformational changes, support growth initiatives, and help clients improve profitability and patient outcomes in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience tackling complex challenges in life sciences.
• Exposure to clinical development, market access, HEOR, or pricing and reimbursement is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaborative, client-focused mindset with ability to work across multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for life sciences clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformational changes.
