Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience tackling complex challenges within life sciences.
• Exposure to clinical development, market access, HEOR, commercial strategy, pricing and reimbursement, medical affairs, or specific therapeutic areas is beneficial but not required.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to lead and support a team.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and risks.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused, results-oriented approach.
• Ambition to build expertise across multiple life sciences functions.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging problems in Life Sciences, including pipeline analysis, interviews with key players, and data-driven insights.
• Develop growth strategies, pricing and reimbursement strategies, and evaluate business models for product lines.
• Support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration activities.
• Identify risks across the business and partner with private equity clients on investments.
• Lead turnarounds for pharma, biotech, medtech, and life sciences service companies.
