Job summary

Domino Data Lab is seeking a delivery-focused leader for our customer engagements in the US. You will own programs end-to-end, coordinating the Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams to deliver value from signature through expansion.

You will work with account teams to scope engagements, supervise delivery, and ensure customer outcomes align with business goals. The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an enterprise customer-facing discipline: implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product.
• Background in life sciences where reproducibility, auditability, and compliance are advantageous.
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer discussions into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer program end-to-end: contract to expansion with a single owner and milestones.
• Bridge what is sold with what can be executed with the account team.
• Direct the delivery pod for customer engagements and manage capacity and milestones.
• Earn trust from executives to data scientists, closing the gap between strategy and delivery.
• Lead solutioning conversations to connect Domino capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Drive adoption through rollout, enablement, and change management.
• Couple customer engagements with growth by identifying expansion opportunities and routing them internally.
• Be the customer voice inside Domino for product feedback and escalations.
