Job summary

Domino is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed in customer environments and build production-grade AI workflows on Domino. You will drive onboarding, shadowing, and rapid delivery of solutions within regulated settings, ensuring customer success from Day 0 onward.

As you grow, you will own engagements across the MLOps lifecycle, advise data science teams, and contribute to reusable playbooks while shaping Domino’s roadmap and ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience writing production-grade code for AI/ML workflows.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with data security considerations.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Day 0–30: onboard and shadow in the customer environment with a senior FDE.
• By Month 6: take full ownership across engagements and deploy production-grade solutions across the MLOps lifecycle.
• By Year 1: lead key accounts, contribute reusable playbooks, and provide product feedback to shape Domino’s roadmap.
