Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Rockwell PharmaSuite MBR Designer to lead development and integration of MES systems across manufacturing environments. You will design, configure, and test MES solutions, and collaborate with global teams to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on MES development, ERP/PLM integration, and agile delivery, with potential short-term travel. Strong knowledge of Rockwell PharmaSuite and manufacturing domain is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent exposure to the IT industry.
• 2+ years’ experience developing database driven websites/applications.
• 3+ years’ work experience on factory MES, automation and process control systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid experience with MES systems (prefer Rockwell PharmaSuite) or similar software.
• Life Science or Recipe Engineering background is a plus.
• Team-oriented, multicultural collaboration.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of cross-platform/web development constraints.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Rockwell Pharmasuite MBR Designer , ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES systems stand in the center of manufacturing excellence.

As a Senior Rockwell Pharmasuite MBR Designer , you will be responsible for the development and integration of project specific MES systems to enhance cutting edge process automation solutions meeting customer requirements.

Job Description:

• Get familiar with one or more MES solutions provided by our partners
• Development, configuration, testing and deployment of the MES solution
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Work as part of a local or geographically distributed team
• Responsible for MES software integration with systems like ERP, PLM, APS, LIMS and other Control Systems
• Building custom reports using various reporting tools
• Work every day in an Agile Environment, using the Scrum methodology
• Short-term project-based business travel when required

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor/MS of Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent exposure to the IT industry
• +2 years’ experience developing database driven web sites/applications
• +3 years’ work experience on factory MES, automation and process control systems in a manufacturing environment
• Solid technical/functional experience with MES systems (preferred: Rockwell PharmaSuite ) or other Manufacturing related software is an advantage
• Life Science, Recipe Engineering
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented, multicultural environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browser web development, constraints and issues
• Functional knowledge in any of the following: Production, Quality, Maintenance, Inventory
• Excelent communication and collaboration skills - both written and verbal
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus

Professional Skill Requirements:

• Experienced in using and maintaining RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL (SQL, backups, stored procedures, functions)
• Practical experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET or Java
• Front-End Web-Development skills with strong focus on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
• Previous project experience involving Development, Configuration, Implementation for different manufacturing industries is considered a plus
• Experience working in a Windows Server/IIS environment
• Experience in MES - ERP (or other manufacturing related software) integration is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of ISA-95/ MESA/ SCOR standards is considered an advantage
