Qualifications

• 5+ years of Emerson Syncade MES experience in automated Life Sciences manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and lead meetings.
• Experience converting Life Sciences processes into electronic batch records.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of MES Design/Author/Develop/Configure EBR.
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validate electronic batch records.
• Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value-adding solutions.
• Document and analyze business information needs to ensure compliant solutions.
• Support go-live and hypercare activities for MES deployments.

The Work

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Emerson Syncade Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
• Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value
• Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered according to GxP standards
• Support go-live and hypercare activities
• Respond to requests for client proposals
• Manage and develop client relationships.

Job Requirements

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Emerson Syncade MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
• Ability to convert Life Science industry business processes into electronic batch records
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies in a Life Science manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience).
• If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
