Job summary

GQR seeks a Recruiter to join our Life Sciences division in a delivery-focused recruiting role, collaborating with our team to understand client requirements and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment delivery process, partnering with internal teams to develop strategies, building robust pipelines of Life Sciences professionals, and leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to identify top candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter within a staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions environment.
• Strong delivery/recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
• Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Ability to effectively screen, qualify, and interview candidates.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment delivery process, from candidate identification and sourcing through interview coordination and successful placement.
• Partner closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified Life Sciences professionals across relevant disciplines.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates for open positions and manage candidate activity through the interview and placement process.
