Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
• 0-3 years working in a general manufacturing environment formulating biological/ life sciences products.
• Practical experience with quality systems, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), buffer preparation, and equipment operation is preferred.
• Collaborative team player, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in math, problem-solving, excel, and other computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Formulate bulks, buffers, and solutions to support Bio-education and Bio-Plex product portfolios.
• Adhere to controlled Standard Operating Procedures, Production Procedures, and document production in batch records following GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Manage and dispose of all materials in compliance with safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform general laboratory maintenance, including cleaning work areas, washing dishes, and managing inventory via SAP.
• Set up, maintain, calibrate, and support the troubleshooting and repair of laboratory equipment.
