Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Production Technician to support instrument and reagent production in a GMP environment in Hercules, CA. You will prepare materials, operate equipment, monitor conditions, and document all steps to ensure high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean production area, following SOPs, performing lab testing as needed, and assisting with training for new processes. Flexibility for overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math, problem solving and computer skills.
• Transaction in SAP a plus.
• Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare for production by reviewing schedule and assembling materials.
• Operate and monitor equipment; adjust controls; calculate concentrations, dilutions and yields.
• Maintain clean, cGMP-compliant work environment; follow SOPs and regulations.
• Document production by completing forms, logs and records.
• Provide testing support in the lab as needed.
• Possibly train new employees or processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
