Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a consultant to drive large-scale Planning Transformation programs within our Life Sciences practice. You will own end-to-end delivery across planning initiatives for pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech, and adjacent sectors, combining industry expertise with AI-enabled analytics to create practical client value.

You will lead project delivery, shape value levers, mentor teams, and translate complex outputs into executive-ready insights and scalable

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years in Life Sciences or related industries.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support project delivery of business and technology transformations with Planning expertise.
Identify value levers for Planning reinvention across Life Sciences sectors.
Develop and apply knowledge to support selling opportunities with clients.
Lead work products, coach teams, and manage internal/external relationships.
Translate complex technical outputs into executive-ready insights.
Support AI-driven and agent-based planning initiatives to scale use cases.
