Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive end-to-end Planning Transformation programs within our Life Sciences-focused Supply Chain & Engineering practice. You will lead large-scale initiatives across pharma, biotech, MedTech, and related sectors, embedding AI-enabled capabilities and managing multi-stakeholder environments.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain and integrated planning, plus experience in consulting and a strong foundation in life sciences planning platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Sciences—Biopharma, Medical Devices/Med Tech, CDMO/CMO, or related sectors.
• Minimum of 1 year of external consulting experience at a firm or 2 years internal consulting at Manager level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA/advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale Planning Transformation programs end to end.
• Lead and coach project teams, manage work products, and drive delivery excellence.
• Apply deep industry and functional knowledge to support client opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and translate technical outputs into executive insights.
