Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive large-scale Planning Transformation programs in Life Sciences, spanning pharma, biotech, and MedTech. You will own end-to-end delivery, build Accenture’s Planning capability, and collaborate across strategy, consulting, technology, and operations to deliver AI-enabled transformations.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain initiatives, external consulting experience, and familiarity with planning platforms and analytics tools. Travel is 0–75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Sciences: Biopharma, Medical Devices/Med Tech, CDMO/CMO or related sectors.
• Minimum of 1 year of external consulting experience or 2 years internal consulting at Manager level within industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.
• Exposure to planning platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/S4, o9, Blue Yonder.
• Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
• Experience using data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with visualization/analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery of business and technology transformations for Planning and AI-enabled work.
• Understand value levers for Planning reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and related sectors.
• Apply technical knowledge to support sales opportunities with clients.
• Lead work products and coach others in delivery.
• Communicate effectively to manage internal and external relationships.
• Support development of practice and people, including day-to-day delivery excellence.
• Assist in delivering generative AI and agent-based modeling for scalable planning solutions.
