Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive Planning Transformation across Life Sciences supply chains. You will own end-to-end delivery of large programs, applying AI-enabled planning methods and industry expertise to redefine how clients forecast and operate across the value chain.

You will engage with pharma, biotech and MedTech clients to shape opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience and integrated planning work.
• Experience in Life Sciences industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Planning transformation programs for Life Sciences clients.
• Apply AI-enabled methods to optimize planning and forecasting.
• Engage with clients to define value levers and program scope.
• Deliver project outcomes with strong collaboration and governance.
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Translate technical results into executive-ready insights.
