Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations professional to implement end‑to‑end planning across regulatory pipelines, manufacturing networks, and distribution. You will lead IBP, demand and supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization for biopharma and med tech clients, balancing compliance with patient‑centric supply chain goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Biopharma, Medical Devices/Med Tech, CDMO/CMO, or life sciences sectors.
• Minimum of 2 years external consulting or 5 years internal consulting at Manager level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Bonus points for MBA or advanced degree and for hands‑on experience with life sciences platforms.

Responsibilities

• Find solutions to life sciences supply chain and planning challenges such as demand volatility and capacity constraints.
• Lead workshops and client engagements to improve organizational processes.
• Drive data‑driven insights and simulations for improved planning outcomes.
• Define governance models and operating models integrating commercial, regulatory, quality, and operations.
• Mentor teams and support business development activities.
