Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in management consulting or life sciences procurement, with deep industry knowledge, a record of delivering transformation, and strong communication to C-suite executives. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of management consulting experience or life sciences procurement/supply chain roles.
• Leadership of cross-functional, global teams and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences value chains, regulatory environments and supplier ecosystems.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and drive impact at the executive level.
• Analytical and data-driven problem solving with actionable recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities for C-suite stakeholders.
• Business development potential and long-term partnership mindset.
• Travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead strategic procurement transformation initiatives for Life Sciences.
• Manage multiple client programs across pharma, biotech and medical devices.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and maintain key relationships.
• Design and implement value-driven sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Lead, coach and develop global consulting teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business development.
• Deliver data-based insights and executive presentations.
• Oversee RFQs, supplier management, and category strategies.
