EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience leading complex transformation in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and engineering.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across MES/MOM, automation, data engineering, AI, and integration.
• Design batch/discrete execution processes including eBRs and eDHRs with governance.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT platforms.
• Establish data foundations with master data, lineage, governance, and secure connectivity.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and risk assessment.
• Partner with quality/validation for GxP controls and data integrity considerations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and operational handover.
