Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and track record in Life Sciences manufacturing.
• 10+ years of experience across manufacturing, technology, or consulting in regulated environments.
• Experience leading complex transformations with governance, resources, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment through value realization.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and engineering.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across process design, MES/MOM, automation, data engineering, AI, and quality workflows.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT platforms.
• Establish data foundations with models, master data, metadata, lineage, governance, and secure connectivity.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases; assess data readiness and risk before scaling.
• Ensure GxP controls, validation, and risk-based assurance are incorporated into delivery plans.
