EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformations for Life Sciences manufacturers. You will scope problems, design solutions, and drive adoption across plant operations, quality, engineering, and IT/OT teams.

The role requires 10+ years of regulated manufacturing experience, deep data and AI fluency, and the ability to travel 80-100%. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliant delivery within GMP contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or related regulated environments.
Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation or tech-enabled improvement initiatives.
Experience delivering client-facing programs with governance, resources, quality, and risk oversight.
Ability to travel as needed; travel can range from 80-100%.
Experience with MES/MOM platforms and electronic batch records is a plus.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and supply chain.
Design and deliver manufacturing execution, automation, data integration, and AI solutions.
Ensure governance, quality, validation, and regulatory compliance in delivery.
Guide testing, cutover, training, and operational handover to the client.
