Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions for cutting-edge life sciences technologies.
• Coordinate licensing, collaboration and partnering activities with founders and corporate teams.
• Draft and review agreements advancing therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and digital health solutions toward regulatory approval.
