• Substantial law firm experience representing biotechs and big pharmas licensing patents and collaborating to advance therapies, vaccines, diagnostics and digital health through clinical trials toward FDA approval.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions that transform technologies and participants.
• Work closely with founders developing cutting-edge technologies and provide life sciences and broader tech exposure.
