Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, program support, launch operations, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting product launches within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate product launch activities across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, launch playbooks, and SOPs.
• Track milestones, risks, and decisions to ensure launch readiness.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, sales, supply chain, and global teams.
• Organize meetings and document key decisions.
• Identify gaps, delays, and ownership, escalating as needed.
• Support forecasting and coordination of product information.
• Adapt to changing priorities across multiple launches.
