Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a junior to mid-level transactional associate to join our Life Sciences Licensing and Commercial Transactions practice in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience with licensing, collaboration agreements and commercial transactions, and relevant pharma/biotech/healthcare industry expertise.

Virginia Bar membership is required. The base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000 per year, with potential bonuses and relocation

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in transactional work, preferably licensing and collaborations.
• Substantial licensing, collaboration agreements and commercial transactions experience.
• Top academic credentials and Virginia Bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead licensing and commercial transactions in the life sciences sector.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize transactional documents with cross-functional teams.
