Qualifications

• Prior Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharma case experience is preferred.
• Candidates should have solid academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IP/Patent litigation matters in district court or PTAB.
• Conduct thorough research, craft persuasive briefs, and articulate complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate with team members on case strategy.
