Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified applicants for this position must have prior work experience in a biotechnology practice, along with a degree in a life sciences technology area (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, pharmacy, or the like).
• The firm is seeking individuals who are independent thinkers and have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful litigation practice.
• Candidates must possess strong research, writing, and analytic skills; the ability to manage and mentor more junior associates; strong management and organizational skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; and an ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ideal candidates will have prior work experience handling and preferably managing Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB.
• Candidates must have strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
