Qualifications
- Three to six years of licensing, collaboration and commercial partnering transactions experience.
- Representing biotechs and big pharma in patent licensing and collaborations to advance therapeutics.
- Experience with AI-native biotechnology companies and AI-driven drug discovery is a plus.
- Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions for life sciences and tech.
- Collaborate closely with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.
- Advise on regulatory and IP considerations as transactions progress.
