Job summary

Deloitte Center for Health Solutions is seeking a Research Manager to translate strategy into scalable, high‑impact insights that shape executive decisions in life sciences and health care. You will lead market‑making research, mentor teams, and translate findings into clear narratives that drive client conversations and growth for Deloitte.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in health administration, public health, economics, epidemiology, health policy, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with increasing leadership responsibility in research, thought leadership, or strategy roles.
• Expertise in the LSHC industry, with proven ability to connect research to business and policy real world implications.
• Strong analytical, research, and project management skills; expertise in large, complex data sets, public data and use of statistical methods.
• Experience using LLMs and AI tools to facilitate deeper research and develop new analytic approaches.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market-Making Research with senior Deloitte leaders and define the research agenda for Life Sciences.
• Design and oversee large-scale, multi-method studies and integrate innovative methodologies.
• Advance methodologies using AI tools to increase quality and impact of insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders, academic institutions, and industry partners to expand reach.
• Mentor researchers and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of research outputs.
