Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Experience in biopharma, medical devices/med tech, CDMO/CMO or related Life Sciences sectors.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus point.

Responsibilities

• Design IBP/SOP frameworks for life sciences environments and governing bodies.
• Lead full IBP cycle, including demand & supply reviews and executive SOP processes.
• Develop demand and supply planning processes for patient-based forecasting and LOE scenarios.
• Translate IBP decisions into short-horizon execution plans and align with CMO/CDMO timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce supply risk using analytics.
• Lead workshops and coach teams to deliver optimized planning outcomes.
