Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive Planning Transformation programs within our Life Sciences Supply Chain & Engineering practice. You will own end-to-end delivery across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices clients, combining AI-enabled planning with industry expertise.

Role requires travel 0-75%, 3+ years in supply chain initiatives and integrated planning, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on Supply Chain initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• 1+ year external consulting or 2+ years internal consulting at Manager level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of large-scale Planning Transformation programs.
• Apply industry knowledge to planning, AI, and value-lever analyses.
• Engage in project delivery, mentor team members, and manage stakeholders.
• Translate complex outputs into executive-ready insights and scalable solutions.
