Leerink Partners LLC in Boston seeks an Investment Banking Associate to join the Healthcare-focused team. You will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing financings and M&A for healthcare and life science clients, with direct contact to CEOs and CFOs and significant advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate has healthcare investment banking experience at the Associate level, +3 years in the field, and strong modeling and communication skills.

Job Title: Investment Banking Associate Reports to: Head of Investment Banking Department: Investment Banking Location: Boston Salary Range: $175,000-$225,000 The Associate will be a key member of an experienced team building a world-class investment banking practice focused on healthcare and life science companies. The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing financings and M&A transactions for clients across all sectors. This position offers direct client CEO and CFO contact, significant responsibility and opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare investment banking experience at the Associate level.
