You will support the Equity Capital Markets team in executing a wide range of equity and equity-linked financings, including IPOs, follow-ons, structured deals, and convertible transactions.

The role requires 3+ years of investment banking experience, joint-bookrunner exposure, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience in investment banking.
• Joint-bookrunner experience.
• Bachelor's degree with an exemplary academic record.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions as an ECM Associate.
• Interact directly with current and prospective clients.
• Coordinate all aspects of client management and deal execution with the broader investment banking team.
