Job summary

CBRE Facilities Manager location North Wales, PA onsite role overseeing a campus of R&D/Pharmaceutical facilities. You will lead a team, supervise daily operations, coordinate with technicians, vendors, and clients, and manage budgets and safety programs. This onsite position runs Monday–Friday in North Wales, PA.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance coaching, and maintaining regulatory compliance while modeling CBRE RISE values and delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management.
• Strong leadership to motivate team and improve service quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle budgets and metrics.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including training and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; set schedules and track deadlines.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and manage capital projects and budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement activities.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day facility issues.
