You will partner with senior leadership to source senior executives across biotech, pharma, and drug development markets. A strong revenue track record and independently securing new clients are essential as we pursue ambitious US and international growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment with a track record of generating revenue and developing client relationships.
• Experience in executive search or specialist permanent recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to independently identify, approach, and secure new clients in life sciences or related markets.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a specialist life sciences recruitment market across the US and international markets.
• Win new client relationships and deliver high‑quality retained executive search assignments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from winning assignments to interviews, negotiations, and placements.
• Specialize in areas such as clinical development, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, or commercial functions.
