Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Life Sciences Supply Chain & Engineering. You will drive Digital CMC and PLM transformation programs for Life Sciences clients, embedding digital thread and data backbone concepts to enable AI-enabled operations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategy, and strong client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering end-to-end digital modernization across pharma, biotech, MedTech and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Experience in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and manage complex client engagements.

Responsibilities

Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations by leveraging PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage and AI-enabled transformation.
Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization.
Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support opportunities with existing and new clients.
Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively, leveraging AI by setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement.
Communicate effectively to manage senior client relationships and deliver with excellence.
Coordinate networked consulting to support delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams.
