The Manager role focuses on driving digital CMC, PLM transformations and data backbone initiatives for life sciences clients worldwide.

Based in the United States, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that accelerate product development and manufacturing modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement
• Bring effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence
• Effectively manage networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support worldclass delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets
• Support creation of PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch and data management thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences
