Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive Digital CMC and PLM transformation for Life Sciences across pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech clients. You will enable digital thread and data backbone concepts to build AI-enabled foundations for cross-functional initiatives.

The role involves travel (0–75%), delivering hands-on project work, and mentoring teammates while applying expertise in PLM, CMC, and data management to create measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years' work experience).
• Industrial or engineering degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
• Engage deeply in project delivery with hands-on work executing against program priorities, leading work products, and coaching and mentoring others
• Bring effective communications to manage both internal and external relationships and deliver with excellence
• Support practice and people development across PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch and data management in addition to day to day project delivery excellence
