Job summary

CRB is seeking a Design Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering facility solutions for life sciences, biotech, and pharma sectors. Remote work is available with open opportunities in Savannah, GA and Florida cities.

You will ensure design excellence, client satisfaction, and seamless integration of architecture, engineering, and construction while maintaining regulatory compliance and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design phase of complex facility projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Serve as primary design liaison with clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal design teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Define project scope, develop design budgets, and monitor progress to meet targets.
• Ensure designs meet GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1 requirements.
