CRB is seeking a Design Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering compliant, efficient life-sciences facility designs. You will bridge architecture, engineering, and construction to meet client goals and regulatory requirements.

They require 5+ years in design project management, strong GMP knowledge, and proficiency in Bluebeam/Navisworks. A PMP or IPD familiarity is a plus within a dynamic, client‑facing role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of design project management experience, preferably in life sciences facilities.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanroom design, and regulatory environments.

Mansioni

• Lead design phase of complex facility projects from concept through construction documents.
• Serve as primary design liaison with clients, managing expectations and satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal design teams and external partners to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Define project scope, budgets, and monitor progress to meet targets.
• Ensure designs meet codes and regulations including GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1.
• Promote cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design, including CFD modeling.
• Identify design risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
